HB 2160    RELATING TO THE TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY    JDC/HHS, WAM
HD2        TRUST FUND
(SB 2654   Creates traumatic brain injury (TBI) trust fund under
SD1)       the control of the traumatic brain injury board to
        disburse moneys for programs relating to victims of
        TBI.  Imposes a surcharge for each speeding ticket and
        DUI conviction, for deposit into the fund.  (HB2160
        HD2)

HB 2422    RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE        JDC/HHS, WAM
HD1        TOBACCO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
(SB 2763   Establishes the Tobacco Enforcement Special Fund.
(SD1)      Exempts the Tobacco Enforcement Special Fund from the
        central service surcharge and from reimbursement for
        departmental administrative expenses.  Revises the
        distribution of the tobacco settlement moneys.

whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the
